1.PRIVACY POLICY

1. INAGRAB, INC. (“DALOONI”, “The Company”) believes it is important to protect and respect the privacy of the users of our Mobile Application and our Site located at www.DALOONI.com as well as all INAGRAB, Inc. owned and operated sites worldwide (collectively the “Site”). We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a registered client as well as a guest as set forth below, and we know you care about how your personal information is collected, used and shared.

2. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and practices, and we urge you to read this document so that you will understand both our commitment to you and your privacy, and how you can participate in that commitment. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site in any manner.

3. This Site is not intended for or designed to attract users under the age of 13 and the Company does not provide any services to users under this age. The Company does not collect personal information from any person we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not send us any personal information about you or use this Site without the direct supervision of a parent or your legal guardian. 

4. The information and materials posted by “DALOONI” and contained on the “Site” are subject to change without notice. Users are responsible for regularly checking our general policies, Terms of Use (https://dalooni.com/privacy), this Privacy Policy, and any disclaimers on the Site before using and while using the Site. Any such changes are binding upon being posted to the Site and your first use of the Site thereafter.


2. NOTICE

In general, you can browse certain areas of the Site without telling us who you are or revealing personal information about yourself. When you create an account with us, we will ask you for information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you (“Personal Information”). We use your Personal Information for the following primary purposes:

To make the Site easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once and to help you quickly find information on the Site; and

To facilitate your Booking of our Booking Services and to alert you to special offers, updated information, and other products from our company, affiliates, and business partners. DALOONI's affiliates may include MailChimp and SimpleText - DALOONI shares customer names, emails, and numbers with these affiliates for marketing and advertising purposes. DALOONI does not use your personal information to make automated decisions.


3. COLLECTED INFORMATION


Our Site may collect information from you in several different ways including the following:

3.1 ORDERING INFORMATION

If you purchase a service advertised on our platform, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our online order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, mobile phone number, and address) and certain financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.


3.2 LOG FILES
As is true of most websites, the Site gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and movements around the Site.

3.3 CORRESPONDENCE
If you send us personal correspondence, such as an email or a letter, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

3.4 SITE USAGE
The Site may monitor your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address) relating to your use of the Site and/or our Services and log this information. This information may be used to diagnose technical problems or problems with your account or the Site in general.

3.5 COOKIES
Cookies are data files that are written onto your computer by a website and stay there unless they expire or are removed by you. Cookies enable a website to recognize your computer when you revisit the website and recall your website preferences to enhance your experience in using the website. We presently do not use cookies to collect or use any information about your visits to other websites and do not knowingly allow any third party to create cookies or otherwise collect any information from the Site. Consult your browser Help menu to learn more about how you can configure your browser software to notify you when your computer receives a new cookie. Note that you may be able to configure your browser to disable the creation of cookies entirely. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by this Site only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers or third parties.
The Site uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
By using the Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner described in Google's Privacy Policy and for the purposes set out above. You can opt out of Google Analytics if you disable or refuse the cookie, disable JavaScript, or use the opt-out service provided by Google.

4. SERVICE-RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS
We may send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if the Site is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option of deactivating your account as described in Paragraph 20 Section 2 (20.2) of this Privacy Policy.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we may communicate with you to respond to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.

6. DISCLOSURE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION & INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU.

6.1 INFORMATION FROM THE SITE
We will not disclose to non-affiliated third parties without your prior approval, your e-mail address, phone number, or other personal information, that we collect via the Site. We will, however, cooperate with official law enforcement inquiries, such as fraud investigations and subpoenas, and will disclose your information when necessary to comply with state and federal laws and regulations.

6.2 OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SITE
We will never disclose your e-mail address, phone number, or other personal information to any other member of our Site. The Company cannot be held responsible if you share your e-mail address, phone number, or other personal information to other members of our Site or to any third parties.

6.3 RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We generally keep collected information and information provided by you on our server or in our archives for as long as we reasonably need it. Unless we are legally required to retain certain collected information, we may from time to time delete some of this information, as we and for whatever reason we see fit. In addition, information posted on a public forum on our Site or comments on our Site’s blog should any of these become part of the Site, could potentially remain in the public domain indefinitely.

7. DISCLAIMER
We cannot ensure that all your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing or prejudice on our side), we may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmission or private communications (the site is being ‘hacked’), or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. DALOONI does not transfer personal information internationally. Furthermore, while DALOONI does its best to keep the information provided by you safe, you bear responsibility for observing the privacy of your passwords and safety of your keys stored on your device.

8. SECURITY

8.1 PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is reasonably protected when it is submitted to us by using adequate measures to protect such information collected through our Site.

8.2 SITE DATA
Our Site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to minimize the chances that your personal information can be read as it passes over the Internet. SSL deters others from seeing your personal information by scrambling it so that only your web browser and our server, can decipher it. Personal information collected by the Site is stored at a professionally managed secure commercial location. These measures make it unlikely that your personal information including any credit card information will be compromised online. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

8.3 WEBSITE ENCRYPTION
“How do I know that any Site uses SSL?” There are two ways to check a website is encrypting your personal and credit card data as it passes over the Internet. The first is you will notice that the URL address in the address bar of your web browser says https:// in the checkout pages, instead of http:// like it normally does. This “s” signifies that you are passing through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to the web server. Secondly, you should see a small padlock icon in the bottom bar of your web browser. You can double click on this icon to see additional information about the encryption features.

9. ENFORCEMENT
If for some reason you believe we have not adhered to the principles of this Privacy Policy, please contact us and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly.

10. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES
The materials contained on this Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the full extent allowed by law, DALOONI disclaims all warranties, terms, or conditions, express or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise, including warranties, terms, or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranty of noninfringement. DALOONI neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume on its behalf any other liability in connection with the services DALOONI provides. In no event will DALOONI be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, even if DALOONI has, or should have had, any knowledge, actual or constructive, of the possibility of such damages.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DALOONI and its officers and employees (the “Company Parties”) against any and all third-party claims, suits, costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that the Company Parties may incur arising out of or resulting from your use of the Site or any of the products and services provided by DALOONI.

12. CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
This Privacy Policy will be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain without application of choice-of-law provisions that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction. By entering into this Privacy Policy, all parties irrevocably submit themselves to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain with regard to any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy or its enforcement. The parties hereby waive any challenge to venue and Jurisdiction they may have to a lawsuit filed in the Kingdom of Bahrain relating to a dispute between the parties relating to this Privacy Policy or its enforcement. The laws of the jurisdiction where User is located may be different from Bahrain law.  User shall always comply with all international and domestic laws, ordinances, regulations, and statutes that are applicable to its purchase and use of the Site/Mobile Application or Services hereunder.

13. SALVATORIUS CLAUSE
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired and a valid, legal, and enforceable provision of similar intent and economic impact will be substituted therefore.

14. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS REGARDING LIABILITY
You and DALOONI hereby agree that the foregoing limitations will not be read so as to limit any liability to an extent that would not be permitted under applicable law and specifically will not limit any liability for gross negligence, intentional tortious, or unlawful conduct or damages for strict liability that may not be limited by law.

15. NOTICES
Any notices or communication sent by you to the Company pursuant to this Privacy Policy will be in writing and sent to the address specified herein or such other address as DALOONI may specify in writing.
All notices made to DALOONI must be sent via registered mail to: INAGRAB, Inc., 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.

16. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

16.1 LINKS
The Site may contain links to other sites. However, please note, DALOONI is not responsible for and cannot control the privacy policies of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site, and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by DALOONI.TODAY and not by any third-party websites.

16.2 CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Any user may opt out of receiving e-mail communications from DALOONI at any time by contacting us or indicating so by unsubscribing through any link provided by DALOONI or any of its third-party marketing partner. In addition, you may contact us to request, edit, or correct personal data on file or that DALOONI deactivate your account and/or delete your account details.

16.3 BUSINESS TRANSITION
In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
